The Mentorship Guidance Program is designed to support the development of entrepreneurs and businesses benefiting from grant support. Its key objectives are:

Mentor Selection and Criteria
Mentors participating in the program are selected with great care. Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:

✔ Demonstrate commitment and motivation to engage in a voluntary mentorship process

Mentor-Mentee Matching Process
Mentors and mentees are strategically matched based on their sectors, business development stages, and specific needs. The process includes the following steps:
Needs Analysis: The business models and development areas of grant beneficiaries are identified.
Matching Criteria: Pairings are made based on the mentors’ sectoral expertise and the mentees’ defined needs.
Introductory Meeting: Mentor and mentee come together to align expectations and outline a roadmap.
Regular Meetings: Progress is assessed through one-on-one or group sessions held at regular intervals.
Mentor-Mentee Relationship Management
For the success of the program, the mentor-mentee relationship will be monitored regularly. The progress will be tracked through the Mentornity platform, which includes mentors, mentees, and Kızılay Impact Investment team managers, and will be used to facilitate regular follow-ups and mentor-mentee meetings.
